Our Process

Getting a FullStack project completed takes a lot of careful planning. We complete 3 full phases of consultation, discovery and then create the full project blueprint before our full stack development teams begin any coding. These phases often take longer than the development itself, but are critical to getting it right the first time.

During each Phase your dedicated project manager will work to keep you informed, gather any needed content, and provide regular updates. You’ll also have online access to review the progress and provide feedback.

Phase 1: Free Consultation

We learn about your business, and the vision and goals you have for your project. We’ll provide an estimate of the time and costs to have your project completed.

Phase 2: Discovery

We’ll complete any research needed, gather any content and media, and create the project proposal with milestones and costs.

During this phase we’ll set up a development environment and ensure we can mimic the production set up.

Phase 3: Blueprint

Create wireframes, database architecture, determine the server set up and hosting, and complete any proof of concept coding. The whole plan goes into agile sprints for the developers.

Phase 4: Build and Test

We assemble the development team who complete the sprint(s). Each sprint is tested and deployed then re-tested to ensure everything is working properly. We add all the content and prepare the project to go live.

Phase 5: Final Review

We review the complete project with you, deploy the final product, and work to quickly resolve and post-launch bugs or issues.
